Q1: Do your swimwear and clothes adopt US standard sizes?
All LORSEA products adopt standard US size specifications. Each product page is equipped with a detailed size chart. Our swimwear is designed with high elasticity and inclusiveness, suitable for most body shapes. We recommend referring to the size chart and product description to select the appropriate size. A 1–2cm manual measurement error is normal.
Q2: Is there a color difference between the physical product and the picture?
All product pictures are 100% real-shot. Slight color differences may occur due to different screen resolutions, shooting light and ambient light. This subtle difference does not affect normal use and does not belong to product quality problems.
Q3: How long will I receive my order after payment?
We need 1–3 business days for order processing, quality inspection and packaging. Standard US domestic shipping takes 5–10 business days, with a total delivery cycle of 6–13 business days. Delivery may be slightly delayed during holidays and shopping peak seasons.
Q4: What should I do if I receive defective, wrong or missing products?
Please take clear photos of the package and problematic products within 48 hours after receipt, and contact our official email customer service. We will verify the problem within 24 hours and arrange free re-delivery, exchange or full refund for you.
Q5: Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?
Unshipped orders support free information modification and cancellation. Once the order is shipped, modification and cancellation are not supported. Please contact customer service in time if you have adjustment needs.
Q6: How long does the refund take to arrive?
After the returned goods pass inspection, we will initiate the refund within 5–10 business days. The specific arrival time depends on the processing cycle of your payment platform or bank, generally no more than 15 business days.
Q7: Do you support international shipping?
Yes, we support global international shipping. International customers need to bear local tariffs, customs clearance fees and other additional logistics costs independently, and the international delivery time is 10–20 business days.
Q8: Why are worn or opened swimwear not returnable?
Swimwear belongs to intimate apparel that directly contacts the skin. To protect public health and ensure every customer receives clean, hygienic and brand-new products, we do not accept returns of opened, worn or cleaned swimwear, which is a standard industry compliance regulation.
Q9: What are the fabric features of your swimwear?
Our swimwear is made of high-elastic, quick-drying, skin-friendly and waterproof professional swim fabric, featuring soft touch, strong ductility, not easy to deform or fade, comfortable to wear during swimming and beach activities, and suitable for long-term summer outdoor use.
Q10: Are summer accessories and casual clothes returnable?
All casual clothes and fashion accessories can be returned or exchanged within 30 days if they are brand-new, unused, undamaged and kept with original tags and complete packaging. Used, stained or damaged products are not eligible for return.
